Decades later now W.i.S.H. is getting popular as an I-pop or Indi-pop group, and reviving the Indian pop industry after Viva. With their song "Lazeez" (tasty) on 1 March, W.i.S.H. a new girl I-pop band began their journey to become international, almost 2 decades later from Viva. W.i.S.H. is now ready to make I-pop as popular as ever in the 90ties.
The inspiration
When the pandemic began and everyone had been shut in their homes, nobody knew how we got K-pop, which emerged as a saviour from loneliness and isolation. It was the time when K-pop bands like BTS, EXO and BLACKPINK gained popularity, and with their popularity, they created a wave of pop music that everyone wanted to ride on.

Who built W.i.S.H.?
As pop music flourishes around the world, one of the largest economies can’t sit back just being an audience. And then Music Composer Mikey McCleary a NewZeelander born in India, based in Mumbai, took charge and launched the all-girl group W.i.S.H. collaborating with Sony Music India. McCleary aims to increase I-pop popular and taking it to the world stage.
